When I found out my MB is looking for my replacement in one of the popular nanny website! In the ads she said she need a fulltime nanny ASAP to care for her 1 1/2 year old son.


Info: I'm her son full-time nanny - I worked 24 hours 4 to 5 days a week. I care for this boy since he was 4 days old. The baby will be one year old at the end of this month. I'm the one who going to do his birthday party since his mom will be in Sins City and only fly back few hours before the birthday party start.

Our relationship in scale of 1 to 10, you can say its on 7. I did gave her my resignation letter 3 times this year but she ignored it and told me she really need me. I think she's mad because I asked for more money. I worked 380 hours a month with no overtime. I think I deserved to get good pay. I also think she's mad because when I get few days off day I take part-time babysitting gigs.


I'm not going to let her know that I know abt her ads. Half of me feel happy but half of me feel sad and mad.

OP again. We met 2 days ago, took few picture together to print out for the birthday party. She did mentioned to me that she feel embarrassed her son still cannot call her "mommy". Her son call me "mama" because he stayed with me all the time and always heard my son call me mama.

She showed me her left over lunch and when I told her she need to take care of herself she answered back " I don't have money because I pay you a lot". I said "oh no please don't blame it on me".

I let the baby show to his mom some new things that I been teaching him i.e pointing the nose, eyes, head also showing to his mom that now he know how to hold the toys phone and pretending he talking to his mom.

Oh well time to move on ~

Yes I was a bit puzzled as why she said her son is 1 1/2 year old.

I'm shocked because we just signed an agreement where I'm her son sole custody.
