That’s terrible she left your dog. I’d trash her via reviews as well if you found her on a website.

Good luck finding another sitter for this undesirable shift (which many families want to hire for and very few people want to work) if you do this.

There are so many college students who love this schedule and reliable income. We posted a listing last Wednesday, interviewed six over the weekend and had one start on Monday. She’s a student and an athlete and my kids love her

There really aren’t. They’ll drop you like a hot potato the moment something better comes along.

P.S. There aren’t a squad of “SAHMs” or “retired teachers” “looking for a little extra picket money” lining up either.

DP. I’ve had mixed experiences. It really does depend on the person - I’ve had some college students who were SUPER dependable, and others who seemed to have something going on every week. Still, I don’t think OP has a choice but to look for someone else - I would stay far away from this messy dog ditcher. Good luck OP! There are gem students out there!

OP / yes we had one great student from august to January then her schedule changed. Another nice one who started on Monday and we’ve already agreed on the schedule through the end of April. We treat them well and haven’t had any issues with reliability as they appreciate the regular income
