Nanny phone usage

Start looking for another nanny. Or let her know that she is not allowed to use her phone while in care of your baby.

She will keep doing it if you don't say talk seriously to her. I think she must see you without any authority and respect; either respect to her Job. Can you imagine is she does this all the time at your house and in your presence, how she will be when it's time to take your baby outside. Pushing the stroller with 1 hand and talking on the phone with the other; and I can picture when she will start going outside park, libraries etc.. and the same texting all the time. Ugh ...Poor baby.
