Host dad hit on AP and still allowed to host?

There is a reporting mechanism through the State Dept, so you report to them and bypass the agency altogether. I would imagine that the agencies are required to tell the APs about it (because otherwise, why even have it), but I don't know that, and I don't know if they actually do.

Regardless, this would be a fitting time to use it.
