So true. 90% of the posts on this forum would be unnecessary if employers and nannies SPOKE TO EACH OTHER.

OP here and it isn't just feeling redundant in my position, I just feel I can't do my job properly as he is always in the way and today I feel like I could just explode in frustration as he is the most freaking annoying guy ever. So immature and seems to be making a point that he doesn't want me there. MB said she definitely needs my ongoing help but I don't get why when he is there? I have to quit as I will end up going insane.
