Looking for Christian au pairs

I've had two au pairs until now. I never used an agency, but au pair websites and I was very pleased of them. You can try on FindAuPair and use their advanced search in order to sort the au pairs by religion.

I think she was talking about not using an agency to find the AP, but rather finding the AP and going with whatever agency she was affiliated with.

It would be very complex, and unnecessarily risky, to try to host an AP from abroad without an agency. For starters, how would you get her visa approved?

Easy. You don't.
Illegal au pairs come under the visa waiver program (from Europe) or on a B-tourist visa.

it is possible to do the paperwork and apply for the visa for the au pair yourself
