Actually, no you don't have any right to judge. You *can* judge, but that reflects more on your character than your MBs. You do have the right to ask whether or not her absence will increase your duties or hours and you have the right to expect to either increased compensation or to refuse any extra time and advise them to get a backup plan in place. |
