No gloves is a problem. Otherwise, properly dressed kids can be outside in cold weather. Take it from this Moscow native. The added bonus for you, as a nanny, that kids sleep and nap GREAT after playing outside in the cold.

Here people actually put babies outside for their naps - bundled up and covered in blankets in a pram. Babies sleep great in the cold. OP, your charge needs proper winter clothing. A bit below 30F shouldn't be enough to feel frozen. |
