Nanny always wants to be everywhere early

I would like her nanny's number so she can come work for me. Drives me nuts when the kids are late for things. I would much rather them get there early and be on time for the activities I've paid for on top of the nanny's salary to get them there!

OP here again. This is why I came on here to ask the question before bringing it up with the nanny. She is amazing and came highly recommended with 12 years experience. The last thing I want to do is run her off.

Please get a grip. Your nanny deserves better. Try to be the kind of boss you would want to have.

Slightly early arrivals allow for random occurrences and still arriving on time. This is responsible behavior.
