I would have been offended by her "shushing" me as well OP.

That was rude of her to do to you and she owes you an apology.

It's not anything to quit over.

Not deal-breaker material, but annoying regardless.

If she does anything similar in the future, I would ask her to please be more respectful toward me in the future.

Pick your battles, OP. In any job you have, only you can weigh the importance of this incident against the possible negative impact complaining about it can have on your job.
