nanny takes our son to her house and gives him cookies.. should we fire her?

Like I said, if it was everyday or constant that I would agree it is not very good care, but when you take the whole week as a whole (or even the month since I rarely do it) those 10 minutes don't really matter.

OP here. It's not 10 min. Rather 3-4h. She tells us she takes our son to the park and then she drives to her house and watches TV...

How do you know? A 3 year old doesn't know how long 3-4hrs is, really how do you know?

When I realized that she takes him to her house, I asked my friend to follow them one day.

It looks like our nanny does the same thing Moreover, she turns on TV and allows DC to watch TV for 2h straight

I sometimes take the kids to my house to pick up something I left behind or may want for the daytime. I have never gotten consent for this as I don't see it as a big deal at all.

I have never let them watch tv or get desserts without consent though.

Ok. How long does it take you? I assume 15 min? Not 2-3 hours like in our nanny's case..
