You can disagree with the poster, but it doesn't make you right. Your NF doesn't owe you any explanation about what they may be thinking about doing sometime down the road. You don't know for sure that they are even in the planning stages of a move, much less when the may or may not move.

The PP you are disagreeing with is right. It isn't your business until they have a plan and share it with you. Then it's your business.

Families move. Sometimes, it means a nanny change. That's life. If you can't handle that, perhaps this profession isn't the right one for you.

OP, I guess I would ask you the question of how happy you are with the position not considering the possibility of them moving? Is it something that you feel you would like to stay with for a year or more, or do you already feel that after being there a few months, that they are not a good fit?

If you don't think they are a good fit, there are parts of the position that you are unhappy with, then I would go ahead and mention seeing the real estate papers everywhere and that you are wondering if there might be any changes in the future. If they say they are looking, then you could feel free to go ahead and say that you need something stable and find something else and give notice.

If you are happy with them, I would leave it alone, but maybe get your resume updated (if anything had changed in the past few months), start looking casually for something but I wouldn't start going out on tons of interviews yet. If you get along good with them, if and when they let you know they are moving, I would ask nicely for a letter of reference and for them to accept calls. You will only have worked for a few months, maybe more by the time it happens, but it would still be good to have that reference from them. If you happen to leave now to find something else more steady, it could be possible to not need them as a reference (though even then the blank spot in your resume could be hard to explain), as you would have a harder time getting a good reference out of them if you ditch them before they even talk to you about any move.

"Blank spaces" on my resume mean I did things unrelated to the profession, like helped my parents or other friends or family. Not everyone needs an income all the time.
