| I work for an African American family and am very well paid but its the worse position I've had in my 10 years of working as a professional nanny. Constant nickle and diming, lack of appreciation, no idea how to be good employers and insanely high expectations. Learned my lesson. Disappointing because I am an African American nanny who was excited about contributing to the development of a little guy who looks like me. |
