Right because those are the ONLY two reasons why people vomit. *eye roll* As a recovered bulimic, I can assure you I never got up and bolted to the bathroom suddenly like OP described. Stop assuming you know everything.

Not PP, but unless the person has stomach flu or food poisoning, those two reasons are what is commonly suspected for an otherwise healthy- appearing woman who vomits repeatedly during the day.

OP, do you know your vomiting is on camera? They can't legally film you in the bathroom. How long has this been going on? If they haven't confronted you by now, chances are they won't.

Also, do you know they actually watch the nanny cam videos?
