My nanny vomits alot?

I vomited at work several times a week for a few months before I was diagnosed with a brain tumor. Sure glad no one accused me of having an eating disorder.

She could also have acid reflux, have previously had weight reduction surgery, or could be taking a med/supplements that occasionally make her ill if taken with certain foods/on empty stomach, etc.

The bottom line is you need to asker her OP. it sounds like you genuinely care enough about her for you to go about this in a gentle and non- blaming way. So go for it.

Although, does she know you have a nanny cam?

Somehow this whole thing sounds creepy, that OP has such personal details on the nanny. Creepy. How can she bring it up with the nanny if they haven't discussed the camera? Just creepy.

Why not put a nanny cam in the bathroom so you can see if potty training is proceeding correctly? Or could you go to jail for that? Or not?

Op here: thanks for all of the replies to this; I truly appreciate it.

I have to be honest, I am the vomiting nanny... Not an MB. Which is probably why the post sounds creepy. I know I am on nanny cam and my boss sometimes works from home. I have stomach problems because of my past with bulimia (I am no longer purging - my stomach and gag reflex is severely damaged from abusing my body all those years) and I'm assuming my bosses have noticed that I need to run and get 'sick' more frequently then someone without my medical history.

I wanted honest opinions unbiased opinions from people in what I'm assuming is my MB's perspective and I wanted to know if there was a chance she would bring it to me - I REALLY don't want to explain my past bulimia because it brings back painful memories.
