Wow rate of Pp it's low; even though one child is going full time, that actually it's not full day until 5:00 or 5:30 pm. Still 2 kids, holidays, sick days, school meeting, snow days, sick days, hollidays, summer etc.

But I respect also what PP is earning; because most of the time families look for very experienced nannies. 10 year+.

So OP.. you have to see how experienced is your nanny and what quality of care you would like to have; regarding of what a nanny is requesting in the interview. No all nannies are the same. We work different ways. You will realize until your nanny is in action in the first work week.
