Question for travel nannies

If the baby + you will be sharing a room at night, then I would charge your regular, hourly rate since the baby is not sleeping through the night.

His sleeping pattern can worsen too since he will be in an unfamiliar environment.

I would only set a set overnight rate (like $100/night) for a child who sleeps through the night, such as for an older child.

OP - I have a question……
Will you be responsible for this baby not only all night > but all day as well??!
Because if that will be the case, you couldn’t pay me enough in that type of work.

You need your full rest in order to be at your best every day.
