| If you're working from home, you could let her go out and do stuff while your baby naps. I think that would be a big perk. You could also say that the baby's laundry and toy tidying is not required. |

Op, have you thought about creating an ad with the info you supplied in your first post? Can you accentuate these "perks" at the outset?
Also, and I hate to say this, but a recession may be around the corner. That may change labor market dynamics. |
