If you're working from home, you could let her go out and do stuff while your baby naps. I think that would be a big perk. You could also say that the baby's laundry and toy tidying is not required.

Op, have you thought about creating an ad with the info you supplied in your first post? Can you accentuate these "perks" at the outset?

Also, and I hate to say this, but a recession may be around the corner. That may change labor market dynamics.
