Advice that works for me if they come 5:15 nex day I’m come same time when he said you late I’m said you yesterday come a 5:15 and so on finally they get the message

Ask him what the problem is. He's late no matter what your end time is - Why?

For every minute they're late you take that time back next morning. He comes home 7 minutes late you show up 7 minutes late the next morning. It's called comp time.

But don't just do it passive aggressively, communicate it in writing. Or invoice them for the 7 minutes times however many instances....

Is it that the dad takes the bus or other means of transit that literally is 7 minutes? I don't know. If they are otherwise great, is 7 minutes really that big a deal especially if you get paid for it? (i.e. if you ask to get paid for it?) If you have somewhere else to be that's different.

It isnot a big deal but it is definitely a power play. The OP changed her hours three times and he still arrives a few minutes late. He is telling her that he is more important than she is. And his defense would be your response, “is seven minutes that big of a deal?” It would big time he crap out of me too.

And no one is “otherwise great” if they don’t respect you.

It is illegal to pay comp time to nannies. You pay for each minute just like a day care ocentrr
