I hope my nanny wears a bikini. She is tall and attractive - so everyone can look at her and not my squatty, three kid, C-section, carrying baby weight blob of a body. I wear swim pants and a rash guard to hide.

So we have a pool at our house. Because our nanny is 21 and fit, she wears bikinis. I will admit, I was a little nervous at first because she's always out there with my husband. I'm usually working, or else in my one piece swimsuit with lots of coverage.

I quickly came to my senses and realized that my "concern" was about ME and nothing about HER. So mama, let her wear what she's comfortable with, and if you are uncomfortable with her in a bikini, question why. It might be your own insecurities (its ok mama, we all have them!).

My nanny goes topless in our backyard pool. I have no issues whatsoever. Plus, my husband always seems to be in the pool as well when I'm working, so I have no concerns that the kids are not being well watched.
