OP here. We’ve always paid her healthcare insurance.

We are giving her a cash bonus (as I said). She hasn’t taken any time off during covid and has four weeks coming to her so additional time off isn’t a gift.

In addition to the cash bonus, how about something like an Away suitcase? I'm just thinking of something related to things we haven't been able to do for a year, but get a nice premium version she wouldn't spring for herself.
