Ours is still usable as a guest room, but I brought all my weights up from the basement and work out in there.

I’ve been thinking about hosting a high school foreign exchange student in a couple of years, when they’d be the same age as my kids. If we do that, the old AP room will either become our guest room or the exchange student’s room.
