Hourly rate for a nanny in NOVA?

Op is in Fairfax- not downtown dc not Arlington/Alexandria but Fairfax. She shouldn’t have an issue finding someone for 20-22$ an hour in Fairfax

Do you want 5 days or 3 because the preschooler will be around for 2 weekdays. The toddler doesn't start until 9 months from now and as previously mentioned there are days with out school.

I'd go with $25 because you're going to get a much better applicant pool. 3 kids are a lot -- as you know and you want someone good & reliable. It's a hard job physically and emotionally and you want someone who doesn't feel underpaid.
Childcare isn't the place to cut corners.
