An employer/employee relationship is not equal. And doing the right thing in any relationship is it’s own reward.

What happened, OP?

I think all of the irresponsible and immature nannies should continue to give such terrible advice (I honestly doubt that you truly behave that way in real life though), that way parents will be more inclined to hire professionals through an agency!
