OP here. Au pair has arrived and she’s been great! She is probably totally exhausted by just witnessing the mad scramble around her as we put our house on the market. But she has jumped right in and is doing really well.

Here’s hoping we can get stars to align on selling our house, closing on the other and moving in directly versus having to find a rental somewhere. Yikes!
