Build an outhouse in your backyard for her! Problem solved!

I saw a good question. How does OP know how the bathroom smells?

She "assumes" and you know what this means--OP is definitely as a$$!

If it's true, I'd honestly wouldn't trust her watching my child as she is so absent being in the bathroom, it's not safe.

Nanny.

She’s going in there to snort cocaine

The toilet is likely dirty and may smell when OP gets home (this shouldn’t be so hard for some of you to decipher!).

The baby is fine in the crib, that is not a dangerous situation. If the nanny takes baby out, that can be difficult. When the baby is a toddler, I don’t see how this could possibly be sustainable.

Well, there’s no way to approach it as there’s no way to solve the problem. The nanny has health issues that require her to run to the bathroom frequently. There’s not much to be done about that.

Op, it’s up to you whether or not the situation seems safe enough to continue employing this person.

And please.....
Remove the camera from the bathroom too.
If discovered, you could be in a heap of trouble.

Rid of her how? You mean just flush her down the toilet? Stupid. Is she willing to work part time? If so like I said upthread just build a separate bathroom (outhouse) in your back yard. Sounds expensive but you can also use it for when your cousins get married onsite and also for sports events.
