Annual Raise Question

Not all employers get raises at their job, so asking for more may lead to you losing your job if they cannot swing more.

Very generous. What happens, though, if your job ends, voluntarily or involuntarily? I assume you would have to pick it up on your own and you should be prepared to do so just in case.
