| Market where I am seems to be $2/hour max. Most nannies see the added benefit that they're going to have a job (w/ extra raises) for longer. No one ever cuts their nanny's rate when the older one starts preschool either, so be careful what you wish for if you push for more. |

whatever market rate for 2 kids is.
Will both be with you the entire day, or is the older one in morning classes? Babies nap 2-3 times a day so just settle in to the new routine. |
