Thanks for all the perspectives. I'm going to say nothing until the last minute, give two weeks notice and probably look to work part time instead of full so I can be more present at home

We specifically hired a nanny in her 50's.


I have a small business and I refuse to hire women under age 50. Older employees have a terrific work ethic and do not get pregnant or have to take off for childcare.
