Certainly you CAN pay that much, and you will have the cream of the crop to choose from at those rates, but you don't need to pay that to get excellent, experienced care.


Where?! I interviewed 14 people and they all charged in the same ballpark. I would love to know, just for next year.

I've had my choice of terrific, qualified, legal (citizens) nannies in the $16-19 range, for twins.
