Weekend nannies?

How are you going to be home during the week if you're nannying at someone's house? You realize nannies still have jobs, right? They're in someone else's house. Do you mean you want to be an in home daycare provider? Or a part time nanny? There's no way you'll be home or off at your school volunteering if you're a nanny.

I'm not a nanny- I am a teacher. My post indicated that when I leave teaching, which is a Monday-Friday job, I would like to be a weekend nanny.

Leaving a M-F job = being home during the week. Not trying to be snarky, but why is that hard to grasp?

OP here. Thanks for the responses. I've seen nannies with their charges on the weekend, but am not sure if they are weekend-only or with them M-F, too. It's good to know I can advertise a weekend-only position as I know our M-F nanny is not open to regular weekend work.
