I have dealt with this as a nanny. You need to have her come to your house as well for a bit, so he can get used to her. Have her feed him at that time as well. Also, I would fire her for lying..thats cause |
To those who you who say that my son is severally affected he is not. He eats very well at my home an dis very happy.
I [b]invited the nanny to have a sit down to ask her how I can help her alongwith another person who is a professional caregiver. Here is what we discovered; 1. The nanny don’t communicate with my sons’ father and has lied to me. 2. The nanny does not know what part of the house is my sons’ room, hence she has never put him down for a nap in his room, she put him to sleep on a sofa causing him to fall and hurt himself. 3. Nanny never put the prepared meals I gave her in the refrigerator nor she never heat the food up 4. Nanny offers food but if she refused, that’s it. 5. Nanny refused to follow the routine I gave her or to come up with one that works when she is over there 6. Nanny is experiencing serious economic issues. She is losing her home in a month or two. ( please don’t blame me because I did not make her lose her house. thanks 7. She tells me she is only there to make some money to move and start crying. ( please remember I said my ex is not well she was supposed to be trained and qualified. She has lots of certificates and I am thinking that she forged them) . |

The nanny shouldn't be the one to blame here, maybe like she said, your son just wont eat plain and simple. Also since he goes to his father's house, he could be eating the food from there and refusing to have what u pack. Stop stressing over it. Bickering over the smallest things will hurt your child emotionally. |
From the look of it, your ex should be in a mental hospital and not have custody at all but he does so that proves he is capable to handle the care of his child. But you on the other hand need a whole lot of help. Who invites a professional counselor for a sit down talk with a sitter???? Either this post is fake or you are the problem. I feel bad for your son. |
OP do not listen to these snarky posts
Sounds like your nanny has issues. What does the caregiver that you had with you in the interview recommend? I had a position years ago where I accompanied the child to the dad's house, he was a good person but not in childcare techniques. This child had serious food issues and had to get fed by strict instructions, he could have a seizure. If your nanny is not experienced in what you need and not willing to learn, show her the door. |
Get rid of the terrible nanny that you have. She's not following your basic instructions. End of story. |
I feel sorry for the kid. Both mom and dad are nuts. |
Clearly a troll. You people are dumb. She can pay $20/hr with THAT grammar? I think not. |
Oh poor thing. Honey, my grammar is not good eaither and I make over 2millions a year... Just so you know....
|
Your kid refuses to eat not that the nanny refuses to feed your child
The fault is with your child! Is she supposed to force feed him? You are nuts. |
