Collecting overtime after leaving RSS feed

Why did you wait for it to go over 100s of hours?

The dad was refusing to pay overtime. He was either gonna cut my hours or just not pay. I knew when I left of try to collect. He's saying I can't prove he didn't pay overtime. It clearly states it on my pay stub. I was not salary. It clearly states I was hourly.

I thoroughly understand why OP stuck it out, and I would have done the same. She already had a job, she has paystubs that prove the total number of hours but don't include overtime. Unless DB has a calendar to prove that he paid ore hours thna she worked every single week, she doesn't have to prove anything else. She knew she could go after it after termination, but may not have known whether it was worth it.
