[/quote] I thoroughly understand why OP stuck it out, and I would have done the same. She already had a job, she has paystubs that prove the total number of hours but don't include overtime. Unless DB has a calendar to prove that he paid ore hours thna she worked every single week, she doesn't have to prove anything else. She knew she could go after it after termination, but may not have known whether it was worth it.[/quote]
