I am starting to hate my current MB. I love her child, my charge of two years, and the thought of leaving him only because of MB's miserable personality is causing me to hate her more and more every day.

Yep. My second to last nanny job was with a woman whose personality and morals did not align with mine whatsoever.

She outright disliked one of her children, who would befriend "the scholarship kids" at their private school. She hated that the private school "solely focuses history on slavery". She thought a bank teller who was just following the rules was jealous of her for being wealthy and white. She counted the dolls in the kindergarten classroom at school and remarked about how half of the dolls were non-white, which does not accurately reflect the population. A nice couple ran a business out of their home, which my MB frequented. They were Hispanic. MB remarked one time that she was surprised they could afford the security cameras she noticed they had on their property.

I felt so sad when her daughter told me one day that her mom said she shouldn't date non-whites.

I LOVED her kids. I wanted to keep in touch with them but after I left the job, the idea of seeing this woman again stressed me out too much.

It's not worth the stress, OP -- find a new job.

I called it a BS hobby bc that's what it was, DB was the one who made the money. I know this for a fact bc I would help her with inventory and quick books while kid napped. I am pretty sure that the 4-6k she made every 6-8mo did not pay my full time salary
