My MB won't let me do my job

| Whenever I am home, I stay out of our nanny's hair for exactly this reason, kids get confused and also love to guilt trip mommy. Let your MB know gently, she will get it. Our nanny had to point it out to me and after that I made it a point to stay out if their routine. I would let them go about their day and then pack the kids and nanny for a trip to starbucks around 4ish. |
