Or it could be because this person is a MAN.

And some men can be clueless when it comes to basic common sense.

Remember just because someone is book smart does not equate common sense/street smart.

To answer your question yes. All of my employers but the last ones who were ivy league educated doctors. The others. Thought were just dumb. Some had atrocious spelling; with basic shit. I don't want to give examples, but yes.

I find it rather ironic that you're chiming in to criticize your employer's intelligence with an astonishingly poorly written post. Seriously, take a look at what you wrote above, which is riddled with grammar and punctuation errors.
