Op here. Thanks. Those are some great ideas. I think I might have to write some letters. I don't think I've done that since college.

And yes I am making a ton of extra cash! I will be doubling my monthly salary in eight days time. And I get most of the week after they get back off (with full pay) to recover.

Good that they're paying you appropriately for this. Sounds like a huge responsibility!
