2nd cold since Christmas RSS feed

As a precaution, you may want to let his parents know that you do have a cold just in case they may not want him to be exposed to it.

Then leave it totally up to them whether they want you to come in or not.

Sorry you are not feeling well.

Hope you feel better soon!~

Take care!

I'm a teacher and an after school nanny and I don't get sick. You can't always blame your own problems on other people or kids.

LOL You are ridiculous, PP. And you are NOT a teacher or you would know that we ALL get sick frequently the first year we start teaching. Stop pretending to be someone you are not.

And every cold is transmitted by another human being so ANYTIME you get a cold someone has given it to you.

What a fool you are. I am a teacher, have been for over a decade. I didn't get sick my first year and I don't get sick now. Sure sometimes my nose runs a little or I don't feel 100% but I'm an adult and I don't cry about it or take 2 days off.

Shut up. You are one cranky and bitter woman to take such offense to a nanny writing about her cold. The nanny said she was NOT taking time off. You really are a miserable cuss and I feel terribly sorry for your students (although I'm with PP - I doubt you are a teacher at all).

+2 There is always one ugly woman on every thread who misreads the original post and then jumps on the OP for no reason. I actually feel sorry for these ugly bitter women but more sorry for their children and husbands. Can you imagine being married to someone where you cannot even say you're bummed that you caught a cold?!

Drink LOTS of water, OP. I'm an MB and just got over my 2nd cold this winter.

Drinking water to avoid germs. Not surprised you are constantly sick.
