I mean to a 26 year old 36 is oollllddddd. It’s a whole decade! I wouldn’t worry about respect being an issue between you guys and her and the only way you can find out whether she’ll be okay with your rules is through interviewing. If she’s from a traditional family I’m sure the rules wouldn’t be an issue at all! Good luck

We have really bonded with our younger APs (19/20). The older ones (23/24) seem to have too much attitude/judginess and are not as career driven.
