Because if every bad nanny came here to "vent" about their lives this board would be utter chaos. It's already filled with crap and trolls, we don't need vents too. Email Jsteele and ask him to make a vent section where people can go to whine and the rest of us don't need to read it.

I'm here to help the people with actual issues. I have the experience and brains to help people so I feel good doing so. But with all the venting and other crap cluttering the board it gets harder and harder.
