I feel horrible for looking at new nanny jobs RSS feed

I love my job but do always keep an eye on other positions.

It's Sunday evening and I am looking forward to seeing the Little tomorrow morning. I love him and have been with him from birth. But if I found a much better paying job I would have to take it. This is my chosen career and no nanny job is forever. It will hurt like hell to leave him but I have my future to think about too.

Do you really think you will just stumble across a job that pays $5+ an hour more than your making now for someone with your experience? Aren't you making good money now if you have been with your charge since birth?

I don't know what constitutes "stumbling" but I check Care.com weekly and my agency knows I would be open to exploring higher paying jobs. I'm making good money but there may be better money out there.
