If your a nanny being paid to be with one child you should give 110% of your focus to that child. No texting, no chatting, no dealing with other children. Do your damn job.

Why would you be concerned OP?

I think it's wonderful that your nanny has a great camaraderie going w/other local nannies.

Being a nanny can be lonely and isolating and having other nannies to talk to and hang out w/during the day can make the day so much more enjoyable for both the nanny and the child.

I do not see any problem in this.
