Not sure what I will need - advice please

When I was home on maternity leave after #3 was born, my nanny still took charge of the older two kids. We settled into a routine where she took them out of the house frequently in the mornings, came back for naptime (and did kid laundry or whatever during that time. I purposely stayed upstairs in my room so that I wouldn't intrude or she wouldn't feel like she could take a break). Then she'd keep an eye on all three kids while I did dinner prep.

Once preschool started back up again, she would stay home with the younger two while I did drop offs/pick ups with the oldest.

Basically I was 99% caring for the baby and she was 99% caring for the older two. It would have gotten awkward during naptime, but since I made sure to stay in my room it was fine. Because the nanny was always doing fun stuff with the older kids there wasn't much of an issue. Obviously the kids would prefer to go the playground with the nanny then to watch me breastfeed...again
