NP and a nanny here. Why is that not a good enough reason? The nanny would be let go, not fired. There's no reason to keep around an employee who doesn't serve your needs. Offer her Fridays, if she refuses, look for a one day nanny, and if that doesn't work out, let nanny know you will need to let her go and find someone for 5 days. No hard feelings, this is not about performance, offer a reference, etc. |
