OP you have a clueless MB. I mean really.....clueless. She gets upset when you're not there, like she thinks it will 'Be like SOOOO much fun to feel like I'm in your way, like I don't mind, why should you? '

| OP here: thank you all for your comments. Since posting this I have begun looking for a new position, things seem to get worse as the days go on. I have another question though. I have never left a position for something like this before all of my other jobs have ended on excellent terms, kids starting school full time & family relocation, all with glowing references. How do you explain to new families your interviewing with why the position ended? |
