It is not confusing to most people. I'm mystified that your mystified and if you can't understand now, then all the articulating in the world wont help you understand later. OP didn't say she was receiving horrible treatment. She has an issue that she wants to address and I do not blame her. If your job requires you to type on computers then I assume your employer provides the computers for you? Just like a garbage man is provided a garbage tuck and doctors are provided medicine. OP's employer subtlety complains to her about her child running out of pull-ups or medication? That is 100% MB's responsibility, not nanny. Nanny cooks for her employer daily and instead of saying 'the food smells delicious', MB has the nerve to throw insults at her cooking skills. Surely she has the moral sense to understand that what she said was wrong. It does sound like OP's working hard, although we don't no for sure if that's the case but we must take it for word value and assume she does. But taking care of an active preschooler, doing laundry (wash, dry, fold, put away), cleaning (young kids make messes everywhere they go), cooking (for a whole family), running errands, picking up/dropping off kids at school and activities, etc and after its all said and done, MB has the galls to act like a snob because nanny didn't make sure she had the supplies she needed to care for her OWN KIDS! It's not the nannies job, EVER and anyone who says it's the nannies job to make sure mom has medication on hand is truly misinformed. Mom needs to be responsible for her own actions. She forgot to get her kid medication. HER FAULT and she's lucky nanny even reminds her. If it was me, she would be up ****'s creek without a paddle. |
