Red White & Royal Blue movie

They definitely have chemistry but I keep getting glimpses of Macauley Culkin from the blonde one and Liza Minelli from the brunette.

The actor who plays Alex is 31 yet they depict him as a student (hopefully a grad student). I was distracted by how little he looks like Uma Thurman. The dad was obviously cast because he helped bridge the gap between their looks.

He is in law school, they say in the movie

I don’t mind, personally. However, I would like if there was some way to filter books in my kindle. Not just for gay romance novels but everything else I’m not interested in such as religious romances (I don’t mind clean romances, but preachy ones irk me!), BDSM, harem and some other subjects I’m not particularly interested in.

What is “all this”? books about enemies turned lovers? Books about falling in love with a prince? Books about gay people?

+1 ... does PP not like gay relationships portrayed as mainstream? Intercontinental relationships? Uma Thurman's questionable Texas accent?

This made me laugh.

And I agree Uma Thurman’s attempt at an accent was very distracting— did not think she was under-used (altho wouldn’t have minded a powerpoint).

I'm a little confused about how they are showing up on your kindle? The only stuff on my kindle is what I buy. But in any event, on Amazon you can follow specific authors which will send you their newest work + filter your "you might like" suggestions.

Finally figured out why I recognized the blond - he is the lead in Cinderella (2021), DD10's favorite movie.

I can't tell if PPs are referencing the book in addition to the movie, but in the book she DOES do a powerpoint (it's a running gag in the book that she makes powerpoints for everything) and it's hilar

literally one of the slides is:

Never read the book, but I thought this movie was so cute. And I did get a little choked up. I appreciate the raunchy jokes as well. Good time!

It was cute (a little corny). As usual the book was better, but it has been a few years since I read it.

If you liked RW&RB, try Boyfriend Material by Alexis Hall!

Here's a fun interview with the director. Apparently this is No.1 on Amazon atm

Just watched it. So fun!

The actor who plays Prince Henry was in the recent Netflix movie, Purple Hearts. I liked him in that and was hoping I'd see him again.
