I had been counting calories before taking Wegovy, and by doing so you pretty much automatically gravitate towards foods that will give you more bang for your buck (like protein and high-fiber foods), so I did not need to change my diet very much (I cook from scratch anyway). I just ate less of it.
For me, Wegovy made wine taste bitter and cheap candy fairly tasteless. I only had a few instances when I felt nauseous; however, it's hard to say that it was medication-related.
I take Wegovy on Monday mornings. I usually have yogurt/fruit/granola or oatmeal for breakfast, leftover dinner for much, and protein/veggie for dinner. Since it makes me eat less, I prioritize protein and veggies over rice/pasta.
