It used to be to see a beautiful ➕ rich family fight all the time.
However I strongly believe that allure has faded significantly. Because they all look so different than in 2007 when they first came on the scene. Kim, Khloé & especially Kylie have completely obliterated their faces and people are just tired of them flaunting their surgical results and extravagant spending on Instagram. However people will probably develop a huge interest once Kim or Kanye files for divorce. |

I have frequently thought that the popularity of this show was a sign of the apocalypse
I am not far off...look around Do you remember the South Park episode that they did about Paris Hilton? I mean, they could basically switch her out with the Kartrashians. Still true. |

| I've never understood it. I don't even mind watching the occasional reality tv trashy show, but it's never appealed to me personally. They sure know how to make money out of nothing though! |

Not sure, but they're doing something right if even people who purport to not care about them are still obsessing over them.
The only time I hear about them is when someone who claims to not care can't stop talking at me about them. |

I used to watch just for Chloe and Scott D. They were both super funny. I admittedly haven’t watched in years so I don’t know if any of the original “charm” still exists.
I will say that from what I’ve seen in the tabloids the surgery is out of control. |

I agree. Watched one episode, seemed like lifestyles of the rich, fabulous, and trashy. Turned it off. |

| I think they're basically wholesome people, and that is the appeal. I know that's the opposite of the media gloss on them but look: they're moms, close to their own mom and sister, talk about maintaining relationships/marriages, raising kids, working. The middle America appeal makes perfect sense to me. |
